I have gone and bought a pair of cordless headphones so I can actually hear the tv without disturbing the extremely sharp eared neighbour from below.
They are taking a bit of getting used to (the headphones that is) and are not that comfy in this extrememly hot weather.
Still we do what we must to maintain the peace.
